1. LOCATION
The Long Thanh Golf Club has been constructed on a plateau, offering superb panoramic views in every direction. Perhaps the most spectacular view is looking due west, across the Dong Nai river, over the rice paddy fields and seeing the tall buildings in Ho Chi Minh City in the distance!
The total size of the project is over 350 hectares, of which about 100 hectares are situated on a hillside with the remainder surrounded by rice paddy fields and the Dong Nai river. The planned club has 72 holes of which 36 holes have been completed. In order to satisfy the needs for a comfortable life-style for people working in the local industrial parks, or for those tired of the noise from the city center, a new development of 1000 luxury villas and town houses are under construction.
2. GOLF COURSE
Each 9 holes of the Championship Golf Course has a par of 36 and offers a superb and varied challenge to experts and novices alike. It features rolling fairways and subtly undulating greens, winding through a palm plantation and artificial lakes with some waterfalls and other beautiful features. Coupled with the cooler atmosphere and spectacular panorama, there can only be few comparable places in the whole of Asia in which to play golf.

3. CLUB FACILITY
The generously appointed clubhouse overlooks the golf course with panoramic views of the Dong Nai river and Ho Chi Minh City, it contains:

5. BENEFITS OF LONG TERM MEMBERSHIP
- Members can sign for their guests to be applied member’s guest rate.
- Valid until year 2048.

. 10% discount on food and beverage.
. 10% discount in our Pro-shop.
. Memberships are transferable.
. Corporate members may change nominee as often as required with
payment of a re-nomination fee.
. Free 100 ball at driving range.

6.TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All applications are subject to the approval of the
management
- Members and their guests are bound by a shall comply
with all by laws and rules & regulations of the club.
- Members should pay annual dues on time.
- Memberships may be transferred subject to the
approval of the club's manager and the payment of
the applicable transfer fee.
7. OTHER FEES
- Annual Dues: 11.825.000 VND
(valid from May 1st, 2011 to April 30th, 2012)
- Re-nomination fee: 21.500.000 VND
(re-nomination for corporate card)
- Transfer fee: 10% (of the official membership price at
the time of transfer posted by the club).

8. HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER
1. Please complete the attached application form, enclosing two (02)
passport size photographs of each card holder and return to the club
for processing.

2. Within 30 days of full payment of membership fee the buyer will be
received a membership certificate.
